The DF-3 Friabilator has a unique design that allows for the insertion and automatic discharge of tablets. This process can be initiated without the opening or removal of the drum from the units’ shaft.
The DF-1W is a single drum version that offers the same level of performance and functionality as the DF-3 with the following added features: an analytical balance interface, variable speed, and automated percent friability calculations with printout. Some feature highlight’s are:
- Samples are automatically discharged into individual sample trays at the end of each test cycle
- The unique drum design allows for front mounting of up to 2 drums on a single shaft
- Self Validation of speed and revolution count
