CAMAG TLC Visualizer

CAMAG's TLC Visualizer gives users the highest quality chromatographic images currently available. A powerful high-resolution 12bit CCD camera with 4095 linear intensity levels allows fast image transfer rates below 1s via FireWire. Automatic image optimisation and spot amplification tools together with the fixed capture parameters ensure high reproducibility of images from plate to plate, with images delivered with a dynamic sensitivity surpassing that of the human eye.

The TLC Visualizer's multi wavelength illumination unit provides visible/white light, UV254, UV366 and visible/white transmitted light, improving the homogeneity of the illumination of a plate, whilst CAMAG winCATS software allows for easy and intuitive handling. WinCATS option 'Professional Image Enhancement' provides perfect illumination thanks to individual measuring and correction of the unit (IQ/OQ). An advanced background plate correction eliminates all plate inhomogeneities whilst the built-in matrix color correction makes true, natural colors possible.

Sequence capturing allows the monitoring of long-term behavior of samples/plates by producing a series of images over a defined period of time, whilst the optional Image Comparison Viewer allows the comparison of tracks from different TLC/HPTLC plates directly with each other on the same screen. Optional VideoScan software also enables quantative evaluation of digitized images

CAMAG TLC VISUALIZER and winCATS software is compliant with GMP/GLP; IQ/OQ qualification and 21CFR11 are provided.
