Agilent manufacture spectroscopy systems based on PC-controlled spectrophotometers and a range of software plus accessories to enable manually or fully automated measurements on a wide variety of samples.
The Agilent 8453 spectrophotometer has a wavelength range of 190 to 1100 nm, a 1-nm slit width and less than 0.03 %stray light. It offers the power of a diode-array with the advantages of open sample area, fast scanning, reproducibility, ruggedness and reliability, for dissolution testing and its compact footprint provides more bench space in the lab. A wide range of accessories are available for the Agilent 8453 spectrophotometer, including cells, cell holders, multicell transport, sipper system and autosampler.
